The Chase game show star Mark 'Beast' Labbett marries girl less than half his age

TV quiz genius Mark “The Beast” Labbett today got married to a girl - half his age.
Former teacher Mark, who appears on ITV’s The Chase with Bradley Walsh, tied the knot with Katie Labbett, 22.
The couple are believed to be second cousins, due to the fact their fathers being first cousins.
Katie announced the news to her friends on Facebook by updating her status on Friday saying: “So... I’m getting married... TOMORROW!!! Feeling in love.”
In earlier posts, she says of Mark: “He’s my cousin and the chaser on ‘the chase’.”
Katie describes herself as a personal shopper, blogger and stylist.

Mark, who earned his nickname on The Chase due to his imposing 6ft 7in stature, got hitched at the Hilton Avisford Park in Arundel, West Sussex.
The Chaser’s job is to catch contestants by answering quickfire questions to make sure they can’t put money into a kitty.
Mark had worked in a teacher in Wales and was still working as a supply teacher until 2008 when The Chase took off.
And as well as appearing on the UK version of the show, Mark, who moved from Wales to Sheffield in 2013, has also become a hit on the American show.
He has filmed in LA for the programme, which airs on The Game Show Network.

Mark recently told Wales Online of his US filming experience: "It has been great fun. It is on The Game Show Network which is their equivalent of Challenge TV.
“It’s doing okay. It’s not a major network but, at the same time, a minor network in the US is the same as a major network anywhere else.
“And the New York Post put us in the top five shows in the summer.”
Mark graduated from Oxford University with an MA in Maths before going on to study law at the University of Glamorgan.
Of his time in the US he said: "We were next door to Judge Judy though I don’t know whether she was there on the day."
The Islamic State militants have been trying to take control of the border crossing where intelligence sources believe they are trying to get into Western Europe through Turkey by disguising themselves as refugees.
Former foreign minister and ex-chair of the Security and Intelligence Committee Kim Howells said the information “sounds pretty accurate to me”.
“We are already fully stretched with the people who are here already, let alone having to cope with a large number of new refugees here as agents for terrorist organisations,” he told WalesOnline.
“There are already some who are here already. We have seen the efforts of the Home Office trying to remove those who are either terrorists, terrorist apologists, fundraisers for terrorists or people prepared to preach on their behalf.”
Britain has “got to be able to identify these people,” he warned.
“The problem is Turkey – it is a serious problem. They are playing a strange game. They allow Isis fighters to move into Syria but they won’t let the Kurdish do the same to defend Kurdish cities because they consider the Kurdish to be a greater threat than Isis.
“Unless the Turks crack down we are in big trouble.”
Isis flags have been flying from buildings in Kobane.
Former Welsh Guard Simon Weston – who stood to become South Wales Police commissioner in 2012 – warned “we are all under threat from Isis”.
“We are very much in the grip of what I believe is the Third World War,” the Falklands veteran said.
“It may be the beginning but we are in it.”
Mr Weston said he was worried Isis “are probably already here”.
And if they do not have “equipment and explosives” already then he cautioned that getting them “is not all that difficult”.
British-born terrorists who left to join Isis “should never be allowed back,” he added.
“They might as well stay there fighting to the death,” Mr Weston said.
“I don’t care if they have family in Bristol or Cardiff. Fine. They have made their choice if they want to take lives because of a religious desire.”
Mr Howells’ agreed that “this may be the conflict, like those two previous great wars, that define global conflict”.
He said: “One of the things that has upset a great many countries over the past 20 years has been the way in which people who are regarded as terrorist leaders have been allowed to live in Britain.
“It has affected some universities. There are people accused of human rights abuses in Rwanda and Nigeria who have completed university degrees subsequent to being granted refugee status in this country.
“There have been Islamic charities in the UK that have been fronts for groups like Isis and Al-Qaeda. No-one should be surprised this is a tactic they would use.”
Monmouth MP David Davies dubbed the so-called Trojan Horse plot of smuggling militants posing as refugees “a very plausible piece of intelligence”.
He said: “We need to redouble our efforts to prevent Isis fighters from getting to the UK and to prevent illegal immigration.
“We must ensure anyone coming in undergoes stringent security checks. There has been too much talk of human rights of asylum seekers and refugees.
“We need to concern ourselves with the human rights of British citizens.
“America and the UK, and by implication Wales, will be at the top of any list of targets by Isis fighters.”

Mr Howells feared they will “find ways of getting here, in the back of trucks or whatever”.
“They will claim asylum and say they are refugees,” he said.
“But it’s much more difficult for countries on the European mainland because it is much more difficult to defend their borders.”
Mr Weston took solace in that “once they blow themselves up they can’t do it again”.
He added: “If 30 or 40 get here after a while they are going to run out of each other.
“It will mean a lot of pain and suffering. They could go somewhere like the Millennium Stadium.”

“Under new powers in the Immigration Act, the Home Secretary can now deprive citizenship from a naturalised British citizen if they have acted in a manner seriously prejudicial to the vital interests of the UK. She also has powers to ban people from entering the UK if they are not conducive to the public good.”

In August of this year, up to 200 intimate images of various celebrities, mostly women, were posed on image sharing site 4chan.
The images, which are believed to have been hacked from Apple’s iCloud, were later spread via numerous social media sites including Twitter and Reddit.
The mass breach of privacy, now known as The Fappening, has involved some of the biggest celebrities around, most notably Jennifer Lawrence.
As more and more famous faces continue to be implicated, we take a look at all those involved so far.
1.Jennifer Lawrence
Oscar-winning Jennifer Lawrence has been the most prominent victim of the scandal so far.
It’s thought around 60 images, as well as a video, featuring the actress were leaked via 4chan.
A spokesperson for Jennifer confirmed their authenticity but the she is yet to speak publicly about it.

2.Kate Upton
Following Jennifer, model Kate confirmed images leaked were indeed of herself.
The star's attorney said: "This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy.
"We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
3.Jessica Brown Findlay
During the first leak, a video of Jessica, who shot to fame playing Lady Sybil in Downton Abbey, was leaked.
The footage is reported to have been taken from the actress’s Apple iCloud account along with a number of intimate pictures.

4.Amber Heard
Dozens of naked photos of the stunning actress in various states of undress were leaked online last month.
As well as that a video purportedly showing the star performing a striptease intended for her fiancé Johnny Depp is currently circulating the web.
In the steamy message, Amber refers to her man as: "Tonto man", and tells him she needs him.

5.Erin Heatherton
In the fourth wave of leaked pictures, the one-time girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio was targeted.
The Victoria's Secret model has yet to speak about the violation.
6.Gabrielle Union
Gabrielle confirmed leaked images were in fact her and wasted no time in calling in the FBI.
Bring It On Star Gabriellle and husband Dwyane Wade released a statement to gossip website TMZ confirming the images of her are real and sources claim they are seeking help from the FBI.
The couple said: "It has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures.
"I can't help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time, women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them.
"These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide.
"For anyone out there also being affected by these and other hacking and hate crimes - we send our love, support and prayers. We have done nothing wrong."

The actress responded to her nude images being leaked online by tweeted sarcastically: "Thank you iCloud", along with two emoticons of a slice of pizza and a poo.
She later told E! News: “I try to have a sense of humor about a really unfortunate situation. The FBI is investigating, so they’re handling it right now.”
8. Kaley Cuoco
The actress addressed the leak on Jimmy Kimmel Live saying: "I totally have Google alerts that come to my phone so anything that my name pops up [in] comes to my phone because I'm, like, obsessed. I need to know what's going on.
"So every day, every day there's like 30 'Kaley Cuoco nude photos' [alerts]. It's been going on for years.
"So then this one came up and I was like, "Oh, it's another fake one,"Then I started getting emails like, 'No, there are some real ones going around'."
"It was just a really bad situation but I took it in my own hands and make a joke about it because what are you going to do? You’ve got to make fun of yourself."
The reality star, who famously appeared in a sex tape, is yet to address the reported leaked images.
In the explicit snaps seen by Mirror Celeb, a dark-haired woman can be seen taking private images of her breasts and bum with a silver Blackberry mobile phone in a luxury bathroom.

The Vampire Diaries actress is one of the only stars involved not to have nude pictures shared - instead hers included personal moments with friends.

The actress is another who avoided a naked picture leak and instead had her private fully-clothed snaps shared.

The British model was involved in the third sweep when highly explicit images, reportedly of her, were leaked.
13. Rihanna
The singer was included on the list of 100 stars who had been targeted and in the second waves of pictures released two images of Rihanna were shared on Reddit and 4chan.

A rep for the star insisted the "most explicit" nudes which have surfaced online were fake and she has called in the FBI to investigate after some of her snaps were stolen from her phone.
He rep told E! News: "Certain photos claiming to be hacked photos of Jenny McCarthy and posted to various websites are not McCarthy at all, but someone else, including the most explicit nude photos.
"Other photos are stills from a comedy skit from her TV special, Dirty, Sexy, Funny
The statement continued: "A small number of photos are of McCarthy that were stolen from her hacked phone account.
"McCarthy's representatives are reporting the theft to the FBI and contacting all websites posting the photos to demand the immediate removal of all personal and private photos of her, including nude photos."

Kelly Brook’s split with David McIntosh has just got messier as the pair have lashed out at each other on Twitter – for all to see – over the recent leaked nude photos.
The brunette babe, who is working on a sitcom in the US, is thought to have originally tweeted the former Gladiator about the naked pictures - in a tweet that has now been deleted - telling David and the model he's been spotted with that his "k**** online" and to call her.
"silly me for sending pictures to someone I thought I could trust but then would leak them #byaccident," David tweeted, while also tagging another Twitter user and his ex.
In a response to her former beau, an outraged Kelly replied: "Your Ego is beyond. David all my US iCloud pics are online not just of you. Be a grown up."
But David wanted the last word, as he said: "yes very grown up tweeting "ur k**** online" how about use email thanks x".
The buxom babe, who is currently in the US working on her new sitcom, tweeted her rage over the leaks and revealed that her legal team were working with 18 victims of the leaks
“My Lawyer is currently dealing with 18 Women who have all had their ICloud hacked. It is a Sex Crime and a complete invasion of Privacy.”
She also added: “We will find this person and they will be prosecuted. Not having it. Some very young innocent women have been targeted it's so wrong.”
